Project options - 2 project sizes to consider: the max development equation w/ a 6 story building- its higher cost but maybe much higher profit vs. 3 other options using 4 story buildings - first, a pure housing idea of repeating smaller units, a 2nd one that considers commercial and residential potentials together and a third that is more about architecture…and expression. All three of these smaller projects offer different potentials but the “worker housing” idea may be the simplest to construct and the fastest to work with. This one point towards the least difficulty w/ good profit but in a much simpler construction and permitting process.
